Do you provide RAMS and insurance documents for tenders?
Yes. We produce site-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements before any work begins, and we can supply our insurance schedules (£5 million public liability, £10 million employers' liability), NPTC certificates of competence and IPAF cards for PQQs and tenders. How often can grounds maintenance visits be scheduled?
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on the site and the season. Most contracts run to an agreed annual programme, with more frequent visits through the growing season and seasonal clearance and presentation works built in.
What types of commercial sites do you maintain?
Business parks, industrial estates, retail premises, schools and education sites, healthcare facilities, housing developments and land managed by property management companies, from small managed sites to multi-acre grounds.
Which areas do you cover for commercial contracts?
We are based in Runcorn and cover Widnes, Warrington, Frodsham, Northwich, Chester and the wider Cheshire and North West region as standard. Larger commercial contracts take us further afield, so if your site is outside these areas, ask and we will confirm availability.
Can you carry out tree work on commercial sites as well?

Do you use your own plant and machinery?
Yes. We own and maintain our own commercial mowers, chippers, plant and excavation equipment, so we mobilise quickly and are not dependent on third-party hire to keep a schedule.
What happens to the green waste from our site?
We are an Environment Agency registered waste carrier and recycle 100% of the green waste we produce, turning it into mulch or biomass wherever possible. Waste transfer documentation is available where your site requires it.
